In the development phase, we integrate conceptual design with production realities. At this point the product takes on form and scale. We investigate a variety of manufacturing processes and determine what effect each would have on the final function, form, and cost.
Prototyping to Production Phase
Manufacturers and other vendors are brought into the development process to assure a smooth and quick transition to production. We develop a matrix to assure coordination of tolerances, specifications, and production schedules. This process results in a long-term comprehensive manufacturing plan.
